The first step is to register as a member next step would be for you to fill out our questionnaire in as great detail as possible.

After questionnaire is filled out we will evaluate and get back to you after deciding, with the preliminary information you provided.If we decide that we can help you and tell you the time frame within which you’ll find a significant change in your health needs.

Terms & Conditions

• Payments can be done by Western Union Money Transfer*, Credit Card (Visa/Master Card/American Express), Paypal, Bank Deposit/Transfer/NEFT, Direct Cash, Money Order etc.
• Consultation Fee should pay in advance and time and date will give only after confirm the payment.
• Payment for Medicines and Shipment will inform the patient at the time of consultation according to the medicines required.
• ConsulPayments for Telemedicine Registration charges can be cancelled up to 1 hour after making the same or before a response is received from the organisation – whichever is earlier.
• Clinic appointment charges cannot be refunded. The modification of the timing of the appointment can be made at least two weeks prior to the appointment time. Such modification would be allowed only once.
• Medicines once shipped from our end cannot be refunded or returned.

* Please call or email to find out the name of the person in whose favor the Western Union money could be sent. After making the said payment, you are supposed to send a 10 digit "Money Transfer Control Number" (MTCN) by email.
